With the increase of traffic through the Commercial Court we act in cases relating to enforcement of security, judgment applications and general contract disputes for both banking and private clients. We offer objective but commercial advice which serves our clients in determining an effective strategy enabling them to manage and minimise risks.

O’Sullivan Partners has acted in all types of commercial property transactions for developers, landlords, tenants and owner occupiers of office, retail and industrial parks. We have vast experience in acting for developers of single and multi-let office parks advising at every stage of the development project, from site acquisition, negotiation of funding agreements to joint ventures and profit-sharing arrangements. We also proactively liaise with other members of our clients’ professional teams to ensure the provision of a comprehensive service.

As the commercial property market has changed considerably in recent years the level of investment activity has reduced. As a result, O’Sullivan Partners’ focus is now on the asset management, leasing and investment sectors. Increasingly, O’Sullivan Partners acts for Receivers in the sale of both commercial and residential properties.

Residential Development and General Property Transactions

O’Sullivan Partners acts for several prestigious property developers in housing, apartment and mixed use developments, from site acquisition phase and funding through to disposal of units on completion.

Although demand in this area has decreased over the past three years or so O’Sullivan Partners continues to act on behalf of its private clients in relation to the purchase, sale and voluntary transfer of residential and commercial property.
