John O'SullivanJohn graduated from University College Cork in 1987 with an Honours Law Degree. Having fulfilled the travel bug he commenced his apprenticeship with Lennon Heather & Company in January 1990. Qualifying three years later, John worked in an number of different practice fields before settling on Property and Banking Law prior to becoming a partner in Lennon Heather in 1997. In April 2000 John joined a similar sized firm with the brief of setting up a banking practice within that firm. He left there in December 2003 and O'Sullivan Partners Law Firm was born in March 2004. John advises most Dublin based banks on secured and unsecured lending transactions. |

Fiona McGinnFiona was educated at Queen's University, Belfast and graduated in 1995 with an LL.B. Following a brief spell working in a Toronto Law Firm, Fiona completed an LL.M. in International and European Law at the University of Liverpool in 1997. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2003 and worked for almost three years with John at their last firm. She practises in the area of residential, development and commercial conveyancing. |
