John O'Sullivan
John set up O'Sullivan Partners in March 2004 as a niche banking and property law practice. Having graduated from University College Cork in 1987 he joined and later became a partner in Lennon Heather & Company. From 2000 to December 2003 John was the banking partner in O'Rourke Reid. John specialises in banking, insolvency and property law and advises most banks based in Dublin on the validity and enforceability of security. John also advises many well known insolvency practitioners on pre and post appoinmentment matters and acts in the disposal of assets and in contentious matters. John's approach is pragmatic and commercial and he is cognisant of the goals and duties of banks and receivers

Emma Flynn
Emma graduated from University College Dublin with an Honours Bachelor of Civil Law degree and a Diploma in Employment Law. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in January 2004 having trained with McDowell Purcell Solicitors. Emma joined O’Sullivan Partners Law Firm in October 2010 and practises in the areas of banking, insolvency and corporate restructuring and property law. She has extensive experience in secured lending to corporate and private borrowers, advising and acting for banks and financial institutions on new loans, restructures and enforcements. Emma also has significant experience in property law acting in both commercial and domestic property transactions.

Pádraic Ó hUiginn
Pádraic was educated at NUI, Galway, graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Laws degree and an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Legal Studies. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in January 2004, having trained with Eversheds (formerly Eversheds O’Donnell Sweeney). Pádraic joined O’Sullivan Partners in April 2011. He holds a Law Society Diploma in Civil Litigation. He practises in the areas of commercial law, commercial litigation, commercial conveyancing and banking. Pádraic advises private clients and the firm’s banking clients on the options available for workouts and refinancing, the perfection of security, debt recovery and realisation of assets.

Ailbhe Cunningham
Ailbhe graduated from University College Dublin in 2007 with an honours Bachelor of Commerce degree. She has worked with O'Sullivan Partners since her graduation and qualified as a solicitor in January 2012. She practises in the areas of banking and insolvency law and provides advices to our banking clients in relation to security due diligence, enforcement options, security realisation and receivership appointments. Ailbhe also practices in the areas of commercial litigation principally in enforcement and debt recovery. She is experienced in property law acting in both residential and commercial property transactions for vendors, purchasers and funders.

Eoin Thomas McGuinness
Eoin graduated from Griffith College Dublin in 2006 with an honours Law degree and, having completed his training with O'Sullivan Partners, qualified as a solicitor in 2012. Eoin practises in the areas of banking, enforcement of security, insolvency and property law. His training in secured lending transactions and security due diligence has given him the experience and expertise to advise lenders on the enforceability of security, appointment of receivers and realisation of assets. Eoin also experienced in the area of domestic property law, acting in residential and commercial property transactions.
